Red Frog Beach

Red Frog Beach takes its name from the small, bright strawberry poison-dart frogs (Oophaga pumilio) that inhabit the jungle surrounding it. The beach is one of the best known in the Bocas del Toro archipelago and perfectly combines white sand, crystal-clear waters, and lush tropical vegetation.
